Consumer Help and Guidelines

Have you received a telemarketing call and are looking to obtain where your information has been sourced from?

The right commonly known as a Subject Access Request is created by section 7 of the Data Protection Act allows each subject (you, the consumer) to see a copy of the information an organisation holds on them.

A key element of how we process information is to screen your phone number against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). The TPS is a free of charge service and a legal requirement that all organisations do not make calls to numbers that are registered, unless they have your specific consent to do so.

If you wish to centrally opt-out of marketing calls you may wish to register with the Telephone Preference Service.  Please visit: www.tpsonline.org.uk

Get in touch and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We look forward to hearing from you!
